OLD GENERATION VS NEW GENERATION
As time goes by, Similarly with passage of time, many things also change, just like that there is a difference between the New Generation and Old Generation that is technology and Environment. As it is a new era of technology. Yeah! Sure the old generation didn’t have technology like us but they did whatever they could.
I know that I’m also from the new generation as from the 21st century and I don’t have that much experience about the old generation but I found out many differences between old and new generations. Today’s generation changed a lot, mostly people used to say that the new generation is superior to the old generation and I’m not agree with those people, even though how far ahead it’s in technology it is still behind. So I’m gonna mention some useful points about how the new generation is still behind?
Dark side of Technology
As we know that social media and mobile devices lead to physical issues, despite what we are using, I’m not saying that I don’t use mobile phones. Yeah of course I do too and it’s really having a bad impact on today’s generation. This is the age in which children should have to play on the ground but they are using their phones, PCs etc and this leads to a great impact on children’s health.
There are some major negative factors though. One is that today’s children are less fit. Part of that may be due to decreased physical activity. My grandma used to told me that how she played outdoor games with her friends and had a lot of fun together. As we can also see that how old generation people was healthy than new generation. So, we ought to take care of children health cause they are the coming future of this world.
Impact on behaviour
We can see that today’s generation has a great change in behaviour. They sit like a fool and use their mobile devices even though they don’t know what’s going on around them. Basically the teenagers are supposed to be impatient and arrogant. But yes in comparison with the past today’s youth are more impatient and arrogant.
It’s just technology that made us so. Some children don’t know how to greet their elders even though most people don’t have time for their families and some people have forgotten our rituals. So, we should have to spend our time with our elders and respect them.
Stigma of Generation gap
According to my point of view, today’s generation only wants a comfort zone, suppose if there are four members in their family all of them want AC in their rooms. The Older generation worked hard and they also have Moral sentiment towards everything even though they have ethics value because they are sage people. As they are from the antique age, they have a lot of information about antiquity.
So, as we got to know how they Worked hard and faced many difficulties in their life even though they didn’t have technology, they achieved their goals. I’m not saying that today’s generation doesn’t work hard of course they does. So, we should have aesthetically sentiment towards the old generation.
